My passion for supporting others on their journey to health and well-being is what led me to become a massage therapist. After years of working desk and labour jobs, I experienced firsthand the physical toll and pain they cause on the body. This led to a shift in my path and to deciding to go back to school. I graduated from Collège Boréal with high honours in 2023.

Today, I use a variety of techniques, including Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, FMT(IASTM) and cupping, to address your specific goals. I am also constantly looking to add new modalities to my practice to help people achieve their goals better.
